Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.

We process this information only to provide the Service.
Usage & Technical Data (Automatic)

When you submit a website URL to WhichCopy, you explicitly authorize us to:

You represent that:
- You own the website or have permission to test it
- The website does not contain illegal, adult, or harmful content
WhichCopy does not scrape websites without your request and reserves the right to refuse service for websites that violate our Terms of Service.
5. AI & Automated Processing
WhichCopy may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to:
- Analyze page content
- Generate copy suggestions
- Optimize messaging
AI output may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your use.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing. WhichCopy is not liable for any AI-generated content you choose to publish.
6. Analytics, Tracking & Experiments
To provide A/B testing and optimization features, we:
- Assign visitors to test groups using anonymous session IDs
- Track clicks and interactions
- Measure conversion outcomes
- Store aggregated performance metrics
We collect technical data (IP address, user agent) for fraud prevention and analytics, but we do not attempt to identify individual end users by name or link them to personal accounts.
These events are used only for analytics and reporting purposes.

When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
You may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@whichcopy.com or using the account deletion feature in your Settings.
9. Third-Party Services
We use trusted providers to run the platform, including:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- OpenAI (AI content generation)
- Supabase (database hosting)
- Vercel (web hosting)
These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services to us. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of your information.
10. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards including encryption, access controls, and secure hosting.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours.
However, no system is completely secure. Use the Service at your own risk.

12. Children
